Comfortable Operator Cabin
A clean and unobstructed cabin design increases operator comfort so they can perform more efficiently. Ergonomically placed controls also help reduce operator strain and fatigue, especially over long shift work.
Contoured Seat
The forklifts full suspension and contoured seat maximises operator comfort. Operators can adjust settings including lumbar support for the lower back, position and weight to suit their ideal seating comfort. The PDS+ safety feature is also built into the seat and seatbelt to protect the operator.
Tilt-Steering
With a 12-degree tilt angle range available, operators can easily adjust the column angle through a side lever. This allows operators to position the column to suit their ideal driving posture and comfort.
Spacious Cabin Floor
The open floor layout provides ample legroom and space for the operator. Coupled with a well-designed automotive pedal layout and design, operators will enjoy a comfort driving experience.
Reduced Noise and Vibration
A full-floating power train with noise and vibration-absorbing mounts ensures a quieter and smoother experience for the operator. Insulation within the engine cover also helps to further reduce noise and vibrations entering the cabin.

High Performance LPG Engine
The industrial strength 6-cylinder in-line Mitsubishi Heavy Industries S6S engine offers excellent power and reliability. Specifically designed for use in industrial lift trucks, the environmentally friendly engine provides low emissions, low noise and excellent fuel economy.
Excellent Stability
The forklifts solid and strengthened body frame provides a low centre of gravity. This enhances the forklifts overall durability and performance while maximising stability when carrying heavy loads.
Digital LCD Display
The bright LCD display provides the operator with easy to read information including the forklifts travelling speed. It also provides information and warnings on critical systems which increases safety and efficiency.
Smooth Two Speed Transmission and Handling
The automatic two speed forward, one speed reverse transmission, together with a full hydrostatic steering and braking system, provides excellent manoeuvrability. Operators can switch between the two driving modes by a switch on the dashboard. The first gear or turtle mode for slower driving and the second gear for higher speed driving.
Safety
PDS+ Safety
The Presence Detection System Plus (PDS+) improves safety by automatically locking all forklift operations when an operator has left the seat. Operators must follow a series of sequential steps in order to resume operation. This safety feature helps to eliminate accidents caused by unexpected movements whilst off the forklift.
Protective Overhead Guard
The solid overhead guard helps to protect the operator within the cabin. The design also provides excellent upward visibility for the operator especially when retrieving loads at higher stacking heights. Furthermore, an optimal height of 2250mm allows the forklift to enter standard shipping containers when equipped with container masts.
Soft Landing
Soft landing is a unique feature included with two stage simplex masts. The feature works by slowing the forks as they approach the ground to minimise hard drops and damage to the loads.
Automatic Safety Lock
In order to increase safety, the forks are automatically locked in position when the ignition is switched off. The forks will remain in position even id the lift lever is accidentally bumped or moved. As an added safety measure, a neutral safety lock will prevent the forklift from being started if it has been left in gear.
Access Pin
An access code can be engaged on the forklift to prevent unauthorised use and increase safety. When engaged operators will need to enter a pin code before being able to operate the forklift.
Service & Maintenance
Easy accessibility to engine
Access to the engine and important components is quick and easy with the forklifts rear hinged hood. The hood does not require specialty tools to open allowing for quick inspection thus improving uptime and lowering maintenance.
Air Intake System
The life of the air intake filters are extended by the position and the shortness of the intake duct. This helps reduce to effectively reduce maintenance.
Enhanced Braking System
The newly designed braking system does not require hub and drum removal. This provides easy maintenance by reducing the time and cost involved compared to previous models.
Extended 500 Hour Service Intervals
Due to the durable engine and quality components the service intervals have been increased to 500 hours. This efficiently drives down preventative maintenance time and costs over the life of the forklift.
