The Role

We are currently seeking a really motivated person to look after the duties in the yard and workshop area of our busy Perth branch. If you are a team player and want to become part of a fantastic team, this is the role that you have been looking for with a great working environment.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in being able to multi task and work with minimal supervision. Understanding the importance of exceeding customer expectation on delivery is an essential criteria.

The Trade Assistant will assist and work as part of a team to provide maintenance and trade service support to the branch, the position may be required to undertake general duties and/or as directed by the Service Manager/Workshop Supervisor.

Position Duties

• General labouring.
• General Housekeeping.
• Refueling of equipment.
• Load testing and documenting battery condition on equipment.
• Assisting trades within the workshop.
• Steam cleaning equipment.
• Reporting Customer Damage to equipment.
• Other general hand duties within the capabilities of the person.

About You

• Current drivers’ license.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to comply with required procedures and processes.
• Competent in using hand tools an advantage.
• Able to complete duties with minimal supervision.
• High Risk Forklift License.
• Can do approach and good team player.
• Physically fit and able to perform all manual tasks.
