We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in Hallam - VIC reporting to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete reports and provide administrative support for Branch Manager
- Assist all departments administratively (Sales, Service and Rental)
- Reception duties: Signing in, greeting customers etc
- Answering incoming calls nationally as part of national reception team
- Reception admin duties including but not limited to attendance register, Printing & Stationary, timesheets for payroll
Position Duties:
- Confident and independent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
- Team player and can-do approach
- General office and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Data Entry Experience
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
