We are seeking a National Sales Coordinator, for our Head Office to work with our sales team. You will form part of a strong dynamic team in an enjoyable and vibrant working environment, reporting to the Wholesale & Sales Divisional Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders for monthly stock orders
- Maintain the National Stock List daily
- Complete equipment ID database for each forklift ordered together with branch location.
- Containers arriving – prepare files with updated information per shipment once stock movement forms are received. Raise P/O for unloading containers to contractors, gather relevant Freight forwarders invoices ready for pricing shipment by the Wholesale Manager.
- Assist in reconciling stock takes
- Liaise regularly with suppliers for updates on outstanding orders
- Updating delivery reports and ETAs from Factory
- Obtain freight (domestic and international) costs
- Prepare monthly order intake report for Wholesale Manager
- Prepare monthly stock holdings forecast report for Wholesale Manager
- Delivery reports – monitor delivered forklifts and chase up delivery reports, update spreadsheet, and check details are correct.
About you:
- Strong customer service focus and skills with a professional attitude and approach
- Be able to always communicate professionally and courteously
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills)
- Always looking for continuous improvement ideas for streamlining the process.
- Must be highly motivated with an extremely strong desire to succeed
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Accuracy and attention to detail critical
- Set own work priorities with strong time management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, can do approach
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
