*5 Weeks Leave. Employees will be granted an additional 5-day Anniversary Leave on their anniversary each year. This 5-day Anniversary Leave combined with 4 weeks Annual Leave per year, provides a total of 5 weeks leave per year.

Our Location

Our Ballarat branch is a regional branch located approximately 110km north-west of the Melbourne in the Goldfields region of Victoria. This growing city is Victoria’s most populated inland settlement, which helps us to service Victoria’s outer regions including key manufacturing and industrial areas.
